Members agree to:

• Support fellow providers

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Members may not:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or discriminate against others

• Make false or misleading claims

• Engage in unethical marketing practices

• Disrupt community activities

• Share confidential member information without permission

BUSINESS PROMOTION

PBC exists to help members grow.

Members may promote their services, events, programs, products, Masterclasses, and offers within designated opportunities provided by BMSC.

BMSC reserves the right to remove promotional content that is misleading, inappropriate, excessive, or inconsistent with community values.

COMMUNITY BENEFITS

Depending upon membership level, benefits may include:

All providers operate independent businesses, and are required to maintain their own insurance, certifications and business administration / corporate structures.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Participation in the Provider Business Circle does not guarantee:

• Clients

• Referrals

• Revenue

• Business growth

• Visibility

• Sales

Results depend upon individual effort, participation, and market conditions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Members retain ownership of their own content.

Members may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share proprietary community content, recordings, trainings, templates, or resources without permission.

COMMUNITY MODERATION

BMSC reserves the right to:

• Remove content

• Restrict access

• Suspend memberships

• Terminate memberships when conduct is deemed harmful to the community.

MEMBERSHIP, CANCELLATION, AND TERMINATION

Membership may be cancelled at any time.

Benefits end when membership ends.

BMSC may terminate membership for violation of community policies.

LIABILITY WAIVER

Members agree to release and hold harmless BMSC, its owners, moderators, contractors, volunteers, and affiliated practitioners from any liability arising from participation in the community.

BMSC does not endorse, supervise, certify, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any member's products, services, advice, claims, or business outcomes of the Expert Practitioners featured in the PBC Community.

AGREEMENT

By purchasing a Provider Business Circle membership, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to these Membership and Community Participation Guidelines.
