Thank you for your interest in participating as an Expert Practitioner in a Body Mind Soul Connections Network (BMSC) MicroSummit.

BMSC MicroSummits are collaborative educational events designed to connect wellness seekers with trusted wellness professionals while creating meaningful opportunities for practitioners to share their expertise, build visibility, and expand their impact.

By participating in a BMSC MicroSummit, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. EXPERT PRACTITIONER ROLE IN THE MICROSUMMIT

As an Expert Practitioner (referred to below as Practitioner(s), you agree to participate in a collaborative educational panel discussion designed to educate, inspire, and support attendees.

You understand that:

• The MicroSummit is not a sales pitch opportunity, it is designed to provide value-first education to viewers

• Practitioners will be required to share MicroSummit materials (see section 3 below)

• Practitioners will be required to offer a free “Treasure Trove” gift (see section 4 below)

• Practitioners will be permitted to reference and discuss their services at a specific point in the broadcast

• Gold package Members of the BMSC Provider Business Circle (PBC) will be permitted to describe and drop a registration link to their BMSC Wellness Connection Portal (WCP) Masterclass at a specific point in the broadcast

• BMSC reserves the right to moderate discussions and maintain event flow and participant experience.

2. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory Orientation Call

Participation in an Orientation Call is required. The Orientation Call covers logistical details on:

• Event format and housekeeping

• Technology / setup

• Promotional expectations (how to access flyers to share, how to invite FB friends)

• Event flow and timing (a run of show will be provided)

• how to access potential clients in the WCP (the paid BMSC subscription membership for wellness seekers)

• Provider Business Circle opportunities (how to expand marketing exposure and develop business from the MicroSummit and the BMSC Ecosystem)

Practitioners who do not attend an Orientation Call will be removed as speakers and be replaced by another practitioner, in order to reduce the likelihood of no-shows on event day.

Live Event Participation

Practitioners agree to:

• Arrive on time to orientation call, and the MicroSummit event

• Remain for the full event unless pre-discussed with the Hosts

• Participate professionally and respectfully

• Contribute to discussions in a collaborative manner

• Support the educational purpose of the event

3. PROMOTIONAL PARTICIPATION

The success of the MicroSummit depends upon collective promotion. BMSC provides digital assets (promotional materials like flyers and pictures, text) and marketing support for participating practitioners. Practitioners agree to:

Share Promotional Materials

Expert Practitioners share BMSC-provided promotional materials at least 4 times, a minimum of two (2) weeks before the event. Suggested channels include:

• Facebook / LinkedIn / Instagram

• Email newsletters

• Personal websites

• Other social platforms

Invite Your Community

Practitioners agree to use the Four Click Method to actively invite Facebook Friends, and otherwise promote to members of their audience and community

BMSC Facebook Community Participation

Practitioners agree to contribute at least one value-based post, video, discussion, or educational contribution inside the Body Mind Soul Connections Facebook Group prior to the event.

4. FREE GIFT / RESOURCE CONTRIBUTION

Expert Practitioners are required to provide a complimentary resource, lead magnet, gift, special offer, or educational tool for attendees, and provide an estimate of its dollar value as a giveaway. This may be their regular lead magnet to their services. These resources will be included in MicroSummit promotional materials such as:

• Event promotional emails to the BMSC Event Distribution list

• Event follow-up communications to attendees

• Treasure Trove resource portal

• Wellness Connection Portal

• Related event materials (registration portal etc)

All gifts and offers remain the property of the Expert Practitioner.

5. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

BMSC creates and curates MicroSummit experiences that prioritize relationship, connection, diversity, and collaborative support, encouragement, and professionalism. We select participants who are in alignment with this. Expert Practitioners agree to:

• Contribute positively to the BMSC community

• Maintain respectful communication with BMSC staff and other practitioners

• Respect other practitioners, their modalities, and perspectives

• Refrain from making unsupported medical claims

• Refrain from discriminatory, abusive, or inappropriate behavior

BMSC reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct negatively impacts the event or community.

6. RECORDING AND PROMOTIONAL RIGHTS

The Expert Practitioner grants BMSC permission to:

• Record the event

• Publish recordings on BMSC platforms

• Use event excerpts for marketing purposes

• Create social media clips

• Use submitted headshots, biographies, and business information in promotional materials

The Expert Practitioner retains ownership of their own intellectual property and business materials. The BMSC will provide a YouTube Link and an .mp4 of the MicroSummit recording. BMSC retains ownership of the MicroSummit broadcast and should be consulted before sharing altered versions of its content.

7. PROVIDER BUSINESS CIRCLE OPPORTUNITIES*

Participation in the MicroSummit does not require any paid membership in the BMSC Provider Business Circle at the complimentary Silver Level. Selection of speakers does not require purchse of a PBC membership. Expert Practitioners may choose to benefit from additional personalized marketing support for their individual wellness business via the following participation pathways:

Silver Participation

MicroSummit participation and promotion only.

Gold Participation

• Silver package plus

• Provider Business Circle membership with its additional visibility in the WCP Masterclass, marketing and sales of the Masterclass and higher offers of the Practitioner to BMSC community, and affiliate / referral earning opportunities.

Platinum Participation

• Gold package plus

• Expanded business development, marketing, technology, and sales support.

*Details regarding these opportunities will be presented during the Orientation Call.

8. EVENT SELECTION & REPLACEMENT

BMSC reserves the right to:

• Select practitioners based on event fit

• Limit panel size

• Replace practitioners who fail to meet agreement and participation requirements

• Modify event formats when necessary

Acceptance into a MicroSummit is not guaranteed until confirmed by the BMSC team.

9. DISCLAIMER

The MicroSummit is intended for educational and informational purposes only. Participation does not create a medical, therapeutic, coaching, counseling, legal, or financial relationship between attendees and practitioners.

Each participant is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

BMSC does not endorse, supervise, certify, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any member's products, services, advice, claims, or business outcomes of the Expert Practitioners featured on the Microsummit.

Participation in the MicroSummit does not guarantee clients, referrals, revenue, business growth, business growth, visibility, sales. Results depend upon individual effort, participation, and market conditions.

10. AGREEMENT

By participating in a BMSC MicroSummit, Expert Practitioners acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the expectations outlined in this Expert Practitioner Participation Agreement.
